relaxing stay with great service
green surroundings sea view clean pools friendly lizards
i found the hotel grounds well kept with lush, green surroundings. my room offered both sea and jungle views from the balcony. i appreciated the clean pools and easy access to sun loungers. monitor lizards frequently visited the hotel area.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from the adjacent rooms. luckily, no one was assigned next door .

staff were helpful and showed determination. i appreciated their effort in providing service. the front office manager, sun, showed genuine care. he.

breakfast offered diverse options, with freshly cooked eggs available. happy hour had cocktail discounts at various bars. bamboo bar staff provided useful local market information. the restaurant provided good quality food.

the resort provided several pools plus a beach with sun beds. the hotel had a spa plus a gym. cars were available to transport guests around the hilly hotel. yoga and thai lessons were available too.

Room 607 had direct pool access. It included a pool bar. Beds are very comfortable. Food tasted very good. I used the spa twice. It was amazing. Staff provided shower access after check out.

The room was spacious and stylish. Furnishings included clean surfaces. Room service delivered promptly when requested. Air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable, even during the hottest parts of the day.

Breakfast had many food options. A young lady made omelettes. The resort included a Zilk Bar. It offered good sunset views. Bambu Bar served drinks and food. Cocos Bar also featured drink options.

Excellent Hotel Stay
attentive staff excellent food good aircon
I found the staff attentive and polite (always ready to assist with a smile). The food quality was excellent, with much variety during breakfast. The bungalow I stayed in offered generous space and included good air conditioning. A local hotel staff member offered some insect repellent to help protect from bugs.
I experienced a slight inconvenience because of the distance of my bungalow from the main facilities. This required some walking on the hilly terrain of the resort.

I stayed in a beautiful bungalow. The room had a SEPARATE bath and shower. I found all amenities provided in the bathroom. The balcony had partial sea view.
